Shipment and return policy

Shipment cost
For order amounts of €75 or more bydoutsje does not charge shipment cost.
For order amounts less then €75 € 6,50 is charged.

Delivery time
A small part of our collection can be delivered from stock, but most of it is not. bydoutsje only deliveres original products that are always handmade. Therefore we can not promise a general short delivery time. Indication of the delivery time is mentioned in the product descripton.

Transportation
All products will be send savely via Post.nl. We only ship in the Netherlands, but if you want your jewelry send to a different country, please contact us, there will be additional costs for shipment in that case.

Tracing your order
Of course your order will be shipped with a Track&Trace code. With this code you can trace the status of your order on the website or the app of the carrier.

Return: it's just not what I excpected...

In case there is any dissatisfaction because the product is simply not the way you expected it to be, then we did something wrong. With the pictures and descriptions on our site we try to give give an impressions as well and honest as possible. Your expectation may be high respected our focus on quality.

If you simply want to refrain from buying we would like you to point out to your right of withdrawing the arrangement. Extensive information about this right can be found in the terms and conditions. To make it easy for you a resume including instructions and the form to use:

Resume of: the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw the arrangement within 14 days without statement of reason. This applies to most of the products in the webshop. For products that are made under assignment or that are personalized without the possibility to reuse parts are an exception on this rule. Of course we will do our utmost to solve any dissatisfaction in that case. We will make it clear in the product description when this is the case. We would really appreciate it if you mention the reason for the return. That enables us to enhance our products, the webshop and the shipment.

During this period of 14 days you can do anything that is reasonably necessary to look at the product. It is allowed to try out the product as you would do in a physical shop. To do so you can take the product out of its packaging. Did you do more then necessary to try out the product we can charge you for the cost.
The term of withdrawal ends 14 days after the day you or a by you appointed third party other than the carrier, received the product.
If you have ordered more products in one order with different terms of delivery, the term of withdrawal ends 14 days after you received the last product or part.

When you arranged a regular delivery with us, the term of withdrawal ends 14 days after the day that you or a by you appointed third party received the first product. 
To make use of your right of withdrawal we kindly ask you to send us an email, with or without the model form to info@bydoutsje. Within 14 days at the latest after sending your email you have to return the products.

We request that you return the product in the original packaging.

Refund
In case of withdrawal you receive all payments, including cost of first shipment as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days after the receipt of the returned products. We will return payment with the same payment method that you used to pay us, unless you arrange another payment method with us.

You yourself bear the cost for the return shipment. We estimate that those costs will not be more then € 20 merely depending on the dimensions of the package and possibly insurance.

Withdrawal is possible via email (our prefrence) of or by mail.

Pay attention:
When you have received a response from us that the withdrawal is agreed you can return the product(s), Please make sure that you mention the invoicenumber(s) within your return package. That is the only reference we need. Your name and account information we already received through the form for withdrawal.
