Does bydoutsje have a fysical store?
No.

Can I have jewlerly designed or made special by bydoutsje?
Sure! Perhaps you have your own idea already or you need help to come up with an idee, we love to think along. Meanwhile we have quite some experience with this. We are good at it and we enjoy it. Creating personal jewelry is fantastic. There will be no 2 pieces of it. We will always be direct and honest about whether your wish is realistic or very pricey. Something that will have a short lifespan or that will cause discomfort will not be adviced nor produced by bydoutsje.

Is all jewelry made from precious metal?
Yes. We only use real gold (14K), real sterling silver(1st grade, 925) and real leather.

My silver jewelry turns black, is that normal?
Yes, real silver jewelry turns black over time. This is called oxidation. To prevent this as much as possible, bydoutsje delivers a small sheet of carbon in your jewelry box. This sheet slows down the oxidation process for a little while. Unfortunately it does lose its effect after a while. The best way to prevent your jewelry to turn black is to wear it a lot. By rubbing against your clothes and skin, you jewelry will stay beautiful. However, if it does turn black, just polish it with the jewerly cloth that you receive with your order. Do you want thorough cleaning?
